I need something that I don't have

I get in more wrost in those days .
My heart is so sick and I'm so sick .
I think I need some help from myself .
But I don't know what I need .
What I have , what I lost .

I'm a totally loser now .
I have something better than others , but I have bab luck only .
I have best sense but I live in future .
So what's wrong with me .
